NEXTGEN LAYOUT LLC. specializes in providing robotic layout using HP Siteprint in tandem with our total station. Based out of South Jersey we have the technology to take any 2D plan and transform it into a CAD drawing that we work on before we get on site to make sure your crews work as productively as possible. We can add any additional points, lines or lettering, for example room numbers, opening sizes and ceiling types. Your site layout will be ready for real world construction to minimize the need to stop producing and search for information.

Additional advantage is our ink layout last for a minimum of 6 months in high traffic. We don't use chalk for any areas accessible to our robot.
All layout is performed by Foreman Union Carpenters. We are proud to be the first UNION service provider and currently the only UNION service provider in the UNITED STATES! We travel to meet your needs.

Specialty Layout
Wall layout is pulled from survey control points. Doors and windows are laid out for rough openings with swings, frame type and door number ready for install and to avoid any costly mistakes.
Ceilings- Curved walls or soffits are a breeze for us to layout. We can include different color code for soffits / walls. We can layout heights of ceilings and soffits at each area along with making it clear the type of material to be installed. Other markings and layouts can be provided upon request.
Our technology allows us the flexibility to layout lights in there exact location as shown on CAD plans with coding clearly marked next to each location. Color code added upon request.
Core drill locations can be laid out with an accuracy of 1/8" each marking can be labeled with hole size and color coded upon request.
Mechanical hangers for pipes, ducts, equipment, etc. can be laid out with the same accuracy ready for your team to come in and get to work. Let us prove to you how we can save you time on your schedule and increase productivity.
